WORKSHOPS
Workshop Manifesto
"Our workshops focus on body-based and community learning. We approach them through structured play, dance, and reflective processes. Working with elements of contact improvisation, somatic practices, and group composition as we navigate through a series of tasks. We are interested in diving together into the unknown".
"We aim to move, talk, and create shared experiences. Focusing on how togetherness learned through movement, can build tools that sustain heterogeneous communities. We practice giving kind feedback to others, and practice to talk about what we saw in the dance space. Learning to use dance as a communicative language tool and way of seeing the world."
"Our workshops for children focus on finding an inner flow. To find ease and confidence inside their bodies. To learn tools that can later be used on stage and in life.
We work through a series of sensory games, collaborative work. We look at dance as a process that can teach us about our environment."
"We ask questions and dance to find the answers."
